Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Its soil , and sea-side climate conditions, similar to Napa and Carneros Valleys in California , made this valley special for white wines; in spite of this growers permanently want to try other vines, so it wouldn't be a surprise if this valley in the future is known as Pinot Noir valley, for example. Our excursion includes the visit to two vineyards, Veramonte , with around 840 acres, with one of the most advanced technologies in the valley and an impressive 26.000 sq.ft. Building inaugurated in 1998 is welcomes us with an introduction of its history and wine tasting.
Indomita is going to be our next vineyard. It is the newest in the valley, with very warm hosts than not only show and teach about process of its wines, but also show us over their farm of Arab horses to finish in one of the successes of the valley nowadays, its fine cuisine restaurant with a beautiful view of Casablanca Valley.
